I have current experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and more than 20 years’ experience of Business Analysis, Project and Programme Management. Having worked on all aspects of project development lifecycle from programmer to project manager and programme manager, I have a sound knowledge of all aspects of IT with project lifecycle experience from initial definition through to implementation, service introduction, early life support and steady state operation.I am competent with network and EUC projects as I have delivered new networking, WiFi and EUC projects to 80+ overseas offices.I have worked in Retail, Financial Services, Contact Centre and Digital environments, and am PRINCE 2 qualified. I have been responsible for managing budgets of up to £1.5 million per annum delivering major programmes (spanned over multiple years) and also have managed the day to day continuous delivery for other initiatives in both waterfall and agile environments.I build strong working relationships with all parties: business stakeholders, project team members, third party suppliers, business subject matter experts and contemporaries to ensure efficient and productive project delivery to meet the business needs.
