Brown International Academy is an International Baccalaureate, (IB) Primary Years Programme, (PYP) school with 628 globally minded students. As the past Principal of Brown International Academy, I assessed and prepared educational programs to create a curriculum focusing on practices that specifically support Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Learners. I provided guidance to teachers to adjust instruction and plans that might elevate understanding, engagement, and agency for all learners by implementing Thinking Strategies. Also, provided ways for students with emotional disabilities in grades 3-5 to join their grade-level peers throughout the day. I assured that all the needs of the students were met by implementing data driven instruction.Some key achievements in this role include:• Succeeded in increasing the % of students below grade level to achieve academic proficiency through school-wide student goal-setting protocols.• Orchestrated school-wide data teams to identify gaps and deficiencies. Monitored student work in weekly meetings to determine next steps for growth.

I conducted campus needs assessments and ensured that all required instructional materials and supplies were accessible to teachers and staff members. I observed classroom instructions, evaluated teachers, and design development plans targeting inclusiveness and cultural competence. Also, restructured curriculum and assessment systems to promote each student's overall development.Some key achievements in this role include:• Increased attendance of lower-performing students/low attendance by creating a home visit protocol for staff.• Administered procedures to create grade-level lunch bunch groups. Established and introduced safe places for students to meet new friends and make connections

Responsible for operations, which include safety, transportation, supervision, registration, attendance, food and other related school activities. The goal of Summer Academy is to work with students who are reading significantly below grade level in their native langue as well as increase the English language development of our second language learners.

At Bradley International, I oversaw disciplinary actions, disseminated information, and collaborated with teachers to create behavior goals. Organized and monitored MTSS meetings and coordinated efficient management of school operations and resources to maximize academic success and well-being.Some key achievements in this role include:• Instituted school-wide protocols to boost inclusiveness by creating student leadership teams and appointing 5th-grade students as Junior Coaches on the playground with the responsibility of problem-solving.
