Relationship building with organisations and schools throughout the borough.Curriculum development which is predominantly demand led that meets the needs of our community following discussions with local organisations and schools.Recruiting & line managing a team of tutors and overseeing Community Learning Outreach & Family Learning.Project managing external Community Learning courses through initial enquiry, due diligence and successful delivery. I’m also responsible for the Quality Assurance of this programme run by external partners directly to their clients.Ensuring the curriculum offer meets the GLA Community Learning funding rules.Producing the Self Assessment Review & Quality Improvement Plan for my area of responsibility.During the pandemic I Introduced online learning in Family Learning to offer a suite of successful English & Maths workshops to support parents whilst home schooling during lockdown.

Currently working in the English Department running a course to provide additional support with the writing component of the Entry 3 Functional Skills course. I have also worked with SEND adults teaching Theatre Skills and Further Numeracy Skills.

Establishing the Entry 3 & Level 1 Essential Digital Skills provision. Recruiting and line managing tutors and setting up the NCFE accreditation. Responsible for the QA as Internal Verifier.
