Managed Release Management & Shared Services Agile Release Train whose goal is to deploy the new functionality into production on top of previous releases using a phased rollout approach. The multi-year deployment consists of 5 large deployments, several small technical deployments, and 2x/week patches that must coordinate with current production needs and conform with all compliance and corporate-wide project directives.

I have consulted on 5 separate financial institution initiatives:-Data Migration for a commercial lending core banking system conversion.-Anti-Money Laundering application conversion.- Enterprise Data Initiative (RBS Citizens)I managed the Master Data Management and Reference Data Management work streams as well as the large MS Project schedules and reporting for the program. -Technology & Operations (BMO Harris)I was responsible for the Application Integration of BMO Harris Bank with M&I Bank merger as well as Business As Usual (BAU) projects. • Merger Work Stream Program Manager (technical) for Global Treasury Management, Private Wealth, Corporate Shared Services, Asset Management, and Capital Markets, projects with budgets ranging from a few 100 hours to 8,000 hours that involved many release dates. Supervised virtual and on-site teams as well as project management staff with multiple projects assigned to each staff member• BAU project manager for Infrastructure and merger follow up projects.Global Technology Services Delivery (RBS Citizens)• Overall Project Manager and Technology Project Manager for in-house development and implementation with rapid deployment using a tailored agile approach for Treasury Management workflow.

• Overall PM for in-house development and implementation of commercial pricing model and incentive compensation systems. Project Budget $3.9m.• Overall PgmM for vendor selection, negotiation, implementation and integration of diverse systems designed to encompass Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, workflow management, proposal authoring and generation; with integration into billing, referral and mainframe systems which increased productivity and customer satisfaction over 10%. Budget: $27m.• Overall Project Manager for vendor development of enhancements to a customer service portal. Project Budget $2.5m.• Developed expert-level business requirements for pricing model and incentive systems which increased productivity approximately 10%.• Product Manager for Commercial Float System, Enterprise Customer Information System, and the Commercial Customer Profitability System responsible for business requirements, testing aspects using Compuware Suite of Test Tools, relationship modeling and project return on investment.
