I teach "The Impact of Sugar" in IIN's Emotional Eating Course. In it I share my own story of recovery from sugar addiction, along with the the relationship between emotional eating and sugar consumption, the science behind sugar's physical and emotional impact, and the effects of sugar on stress and hunger.

Facilitated the Launch Your Dream Book Course that enabled hundreds of Health Coaches to get their messages out into the world, as I had done myself as a student in the course.

Drove global adoption and change management of Microsoft O365 Services. Recommended when and how Arkema should implement new features, services, and usages available from Microsoft, collaboratively with the O365 Technical Lead. Assessed user needs, provided proactive service and facilitated teams delivering O365 solutions as part of the newly formed Digital Workplace Team.

Developed and delivered Wellness Program for 650 employees at corporate headquarters. Sessions included Eating for Stress, Eating for Energy, Eating Sugar Free, Making Juices and Smoothies, Healthy Breakfasts, Healthy Snacks, Yoga and Zumba. This was a volunteer position in addition to my regular responsibilities.

Led U.S. roll out of Microsoft Teams, PowerApps and PowerBI productivity solutions.
