• Market the company’s healthcare image connectivity software via telephone and email.
• Manage sales cycle and develop sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Work closely withengineering and technical support to coordinate timely delivery of purchased software andensure customer success.
• Manage and maintain the company’s database of leads, customers, and opportunities. Formatand customize database to be an effective tool for sales operations and management.

• The Perceptive/Acuo/Claron/PACSGEAR business was acquired by Hyland in July of 2017 and this is a continuation of my position which started at PACSgear in 2007.
• Manage maintenance renewals and extended service plans for software and hardware productsin the healthcare connectivity solutions market.
• Responsible for billing process: initial license and hardware audit, quote creation, customerfollow up, purchase order receipt, invoicing, and updating database upon renewal.
• Continuously increased service and maintenance revenue year to year from $1.8M in 2008 toover $6M in 2016.
• Manage the warranty and service cycles of nearly 3,000 facilities in the United States andCanada.
• Track and maintain licenses and serial numbers to provide customers with appropriate supportcoverage from the technical support team.

PACSGEAR was acquired by Lexmark's Perceptive Software in 2013; Perceptive Software was rebranded as Lexmark Enterprise Software as of April 2015.
