Member of Executive Management team. Directly responsible for all aspects of Finance , Human Resources and Operations for the Corporation.Interview candidates for all positions: Management, Design/Architect, Sales, Marketing, Project Leads, Carpenters, Handyman positions. Review Assessments with candidates and determine possible employment. Oversee HR policies and Worker's Compensation claims. Oversee and process payroll for all employees, to include commissions, bonuses, etc. In-house processing and ensure all payroll taxes are paid on time, including quarterly L&I, employment security, FMLA, etc. Oversee and schedule all quarterly team building events. Manage yearly benefit renewal process, general liability insurance renewal, etc. Oversee finance department in all aspects. Ensure all job costs are properly billed to appropriate project and issue payment schedules for each client. Ensure weekly T&M and bid billings are produced accurately. Produce weekly Financial Dashboard and management reports for all departments and corporation. Monthly Department of Revenue Excise Tax reporting. Ensure all income is being tracked and collected. Audit GL accounts and keep accurately balanced.Revenue and budget forecasting for company and all departments to help understand labor needs to meet those goals.

Oversee daily operations of company to include all aspects of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc. Back-up Controller when needed and in her absense.Assist owner in bid preparation and presentation to clients. Act as point of contact to clients and back up owner/project managers where needed. Set up appointments for owner to meet clients and maintain contact throughout bidding process and projects.

Assisted Marina Owner and Developer with all land development projects as they revitalized this famous old Marina.Assisted the Marina General Manager on the tenant improvement of one building to become the now Boathouse 19 restaurant. Worked with owners of the restaurant (Lobster Shop owners) as they selected materials, etc. for the remodel. Also, worked with City Officials on parking lot development to house heavy traffic. Help complete details for owners in order to pass final inspections and open to the public.Assisted with the permitting process and construction preparation for the new Narrows Brewing Company in the Old Mill Building. Maintained all construction calendars and communication with all subcontractors, city officials, investors, etc.on various developments throughout the 26 acre project, to include annual beach clean up efforts, rebuilding old boat houses to current sizes and specs, etc. Met with City Officials in regards to current and future projects, assisted in JARPA, SEPA, Shoreline permitting, City Planning, etc.Scheduled surveys, assessments, city planning and developing meetings.
