I currently manage the regional hub/branch of Traffic Management Inc. in the Pacific Northwest. We provide a variety of traffic control and planning solutions to construction and utility companies. Our office staff of 16 at two locations manages about 100 field personnel throughout the Seattle metro area.• Budget and P&L. Manage branch and regional budget to meet targets. Track and report current revenue and project future revenue for budgeting. • Customer Service. Assist with walk in customers and manage relationships with established clients. Take orders for service and work with Project Management team to estimate and plan jobs.• Safety Management. Manage safety for our region and supervise three field safety inspectors. Conduct safety meetings with all field staff. Manage all accident and incident reporting. Manage TRIR.• Human Resources. Oversee all hiring for office and field staff. Handle all disciplinary and separation actions. Complete all performance reviews.• Billing and Accounts Receivable. Manage billing staff to meet weekly and monthly targets for volume and accuracy. Assist credit department with collections as needed.• Fleet Management. Manage a fleet of 100+ vehicles and trailers. Track utilization and request transfers or purchases of new equipment to meet service needs.• Facility Management. Manage all improvements, maintenance, and janitorial services for a 6,000 square foot office and sign shop, 9,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 1.5 acre yard.• Purchasing & Inventory. Manage warehouse inventory for sales and service supplies. Approve all purchases for branch.• Payroll Management. Manage and approve all payroll for office and field staff. Maintain records for prevailing wage and union contracts. Negotiate with labor union as needed.• Dispatch Management. Supervise three dispatchers and monitor schedules for both branches. Maintain on time and performance standards for all clients.

Currently managing Seattle branch of design/build construction firm with 32 employees Perform general management duties as listed below:• Sales management. Manage 6 salespeople and support staff with emphasis on meeting monthly and yearly sales projections. • Project management. Manage 5 project managers and assistant in all construction related activities. • Marketing. Work with marketing department to plan and promote sales related events in our showroom and outside venues and write yearly marketing plan.• Budget. Responsible for forecasting current budget against current and forecasted revenue projections. Developed $5.8 million dollar budget for upcoming year of operations. • Human resources. Interviewed and hired numerous employees for our sales and production teams. Increased performance of new hires. • Client satisfaction. Responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Coach staff on successful client outcomes. Meet with clients and settle issues and negotiate contracts and payments. • Trade/Vendor relations. Locate and on board new trade contractors. Work with vendors to establish accounts and provide product training to staff.• Facilities. Manage day to day operations of 5,000 square foot retail showroom and office space• Accounting. Supervise collection of all client payments, all job cost disbursements, overhead and facilities disbursements, and payroll• Networking. Meet with industry leaders and participate in trade organizations with a goal towards promotion of our company and building relationships.

Was responsible for producing $3,379,000 in total volume at an average job size of $96,500 in 2008.
