I joined Rushcliffe in 2007 to complete the Council’s Senior Management Team under a new Chief Executive. The Council was ranked excellent in its last CPA and was ranked 1st amongst District Councils in England for customer satisfaction and value for money. I managed a wide portfolio of external & internal services and drove the change and improvement work.

I was appointed as Assistant Chief Executive in July 2005, as part of a new Management Team to lead a range of corporate functions and turn around its “weak” status.
