Worked the reception area, during my shift, including greeting visitors, answering questions, collecting money for tour and retail items purchased from the gift shop. Respond to telephone and in-person requests for information, register guests for tours and activities. Assist with educational programs for children and adults ensuring their safety and understanding of the program. Provide input on items to be sold in the gift shop and recommend how to display them. Take case, check and credit card payments and enter into data base. Special projects as requested by Sr. Interpreter.
