Co-led Career Development Office (CDO) team of high-performing professionals. Provided career services for six graduate management programs with highly international populations. Collaborated with program directors, faculty, alumni and employers on a range of school-wide issues. Interviewed applicants worldwide for Masters’ programs. CDO team’s work contributed to U.S. News & World Report consistently ranking MIT Sloan as a top five program for MBA’s and the only U.S. Master of Finance program ranked in the Financial Times (#5) in 2016 and 2017.

Provided strategic direction for career services for 950 MBA, Master of Finance and MSMS students. Managed team of eight including marketing/operations team. Collaborated with multiple stakeholders - faculty, employers, alumni and student clubs – to leverage MIT Sloan’s resources for students to reach employment goals. Achieved excellent employment results by assessing student needs and customizing services by program.

Managed team to deliver career advising and career workshops to 800 MBA students. Presented and facilitated 50+ career management workshops to groups of 10 to 125.

Directed customer centric employer services team delivering 300+ on-campus recruiting and presentation opportunities annually. Technology and professional services firms strongly represented. ~70% students accepted jobs directly from these connections. Dedicated career coach annually for 60 highly motivated MBA students on all phases of a career search.

Met pre-IPO staffing goals to build Cambridge and New York offices; hired all level consultants for this start-up e-commerce consultancy firm. Acquired by IBM in 2001.

Consulted with Partners/office leaders for 10 North American offices on staffing, employee relations, immigration compensation, and human resource policies. Co-created internal global human resources network of ~20 to share best practices and expertise across the firm.
