- Interaction with several countries of Latin America and United States.- Support the business units at the Budget and Forecast process, monthly S&OP, being responsible for the consolidation of the results.- Implementation of EPM Cloud (Hyperion) for Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet projection.- Monthly analysis of the international units results, evaluation of KPI’s and consolidation of financial information.- Follow-up and support strategic actions to achieve the goals of the units.- Business partner of a group’s Joint Venture, keeping up with the execution of agrees by reports and KPI’s to follow the results.- Review of processes after transition of the company’s back office to an external shared service in Argentina.

Company in the gym equipment segment, leader in the national production of gym equipment and the biggest exporter to the Latin America.- Report to the CFO, leadership a team with 8 persons, junior and full level, responsible for the controlling area: management accounting, tax, invoicing, pricing, and costs.- Implementation of Budget by business unit, seeking to know the result by unit, sales channel, stores and POS’s.- Development of reports to the board of directors: Management Income Statement, by unit and consolidated, indicators of performance and cash flow.- System parametrization to calculating the results by business unit and expenses by cost centers.- Creation of the daily cash flow of the units abroad, as well responsible for updating and presenting it to the board.- Acting in a Project to set up a company in China, a trading in Uruguay, a holding in Hong Kong, and distribution centers in Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.
