Entered the Real Estate industry in 1993. My career started in the role of a Real Estate Appraiser (earned license in 1994) and Real Estate Salesperson, REALTOR (earned license in 2000). Since 2001 I have been affiliated with the Timonium, Maryland office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., a mid-Atlantic brokerage firm. Born in Northern Baltimore County, my husband and I grew up, attended school together, worked, and raised our daughter in the area.Success in my real estate career requires me to maintain a high degree of knowledge of the ever changing market. Clients include 1st time buyers, step up buyers, those planning on down sizing, or those hoping to purchase a piece of land in order to build the ultimate dream home. In addition, I handle transactions for buyers or sellers looking for an investment property such as a 2nd home, or commercial use property. For me personally, the most rewarding transactions tend to involve the 1st time home buyer. Typically, this type of client is eager to learn everything they possibly can, which allows me to again perform in the role of "teacher". As a former high school teacher, success was measured when the student met their objective. This often required many hours of intense, hard work. However, a successful outcome is always met with a huge smile and sense of satisfaction for a job well done!
Listed skills include Real Estate, Sellers, Home, First Time Buyers, and 6 others.
