As Compliance Manager I am working to ensure that FleetCheck has the correct processes in place to ensure we are fully compliant with the new GDPR legislation which comes into effect in May 2018. FleetCheck takes data security very seriously and my role includes putting rigorous controls and procedures in place so that we can also gain ISO 27001 certification.

Veritas is a commercial property management company and I am part of the reactive maintenance team. The role involves dealing with clients, tenants and engineers via telephone and email in order to resolve issues at properties throughout the UK.

She came to us as she realised that her clothes were getting tighter and she had become overweight. We organised a 12 week programme of nutrition and exercise and provided support throughout. She was delighted to achieve her goal to lose 9.5kg and in addition has developed healthier habits.

My first role with PleaseTech was as Testing Manager. I was responsible for writing and developing test scripts for the document review software that was developed in-house and I led a team of testers through these scripts. The software testing encompassed all areas of unit testing, user acceptance testing, stress and performance testing as well as integration testing with other software programs. The role also included providing customer support on a daily basis by both email and telephone.I then moved into a more customer facing role as Senior Produce Consultant. I marketed the software to prospective clients by providing demonstrations and explaining the benefits of the products for them. I also provided online training courses for new and existing clients. In addition the role involved creating training videos and providing customer support via email. I represented the company at software trade shows and conferences all over the world which required me to provide demonstrations of the software.
