Senior Financial Accountant/Analyst
Current• Manage and fully owned payroll process and headcount reporting to ensure accurate and timely recording into Oracle • Partner with HR and IT to develop and improve processes • SME in all matters related to payroll, compensation, benefits, OPEX analysis and financial & 401k audits• Managed monthly reconciliations of all payroll, cash/GL accounts (80 reconciliations) for U.S. and Canada, including liabilities and disbursement accounts• Assist department heads and accounting managers with preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts• Spearheaded HRIS (UltiPro) implementation, collaborating with IT and HR, providing substantial support and input from the finance perspective (GL rule building, spec approval process, interface Payroll file requirements and GL report testing)• Supported in the acquisition of the company by performing specific detailed financial analysis and creating high level estimates of liability accounts
