I’ve always wanted to help people live longer....My degree was in Physiology. My plan had been to go into medical research and save lives through medical advancement. But that plan never came to fruition. I realised I needed to work with people rather than petri dishes or test tubes!I explored the idea of Physiotherapy but that wasn’t quite right for me either.So I became an accountant (random, I know) and then an accounting and tax tutor.Fast forward to being a mum of 3 and turning 40...and finding the power of exercise and eating well to boost my energy levels and improve my mental health (as well as my physical health of course). And realising that I needed to share this revelation with other kna34ered mums - and to show them that it didn't need to be difficult or take loads of time to still have a massive impact.I felt like I'd gone full circle - back to the same purpose and passion I had when I went to Uni - helping people live long, healthy lives.It might not be through the route that I had originally planned but that is STILL my goal - to show you how to live a long, strong, F'in awesome life - and that this CAN happen through small, simple, super effective tweaks to your current diet and lifestyle.I am a qualified PT and certified nutrionist but more importantly I walk the talk - and have done for 10 years. I coach, educate and mentor my clients from a place of experience and constant curiosity to learn ever better ways to live that long, strong, awesome life - because I want that as much as my clients do.
