Responsible for managing multiple Interactive Marketing initiatives for a pharmaceutical client, a team charged with improving patient outcomes. Projects focused on optimizing the operations marketing programs across brands and improving the integrity of the data.

Managing a team of 6 product professionals including a Digital Brand Management Services (DBMS) product marketing managers responsible for marketing all DBMS services including Domain Management, Brand Protection and DNS Assurance and managed the Domain Name Management Services product managers.

Responsible for managing large cross functional projects for the Service and Delivery organization. Projects included acquisition integration, organizational restructuring and product management. Also acted as Director of Global Service and Delivery for 4 months, responsible for a 45 person organization in the US and Europe. Managed $500K operating expense budget and new business revenue targets of $8M.

Responsible for creating, hiring and training a staff to provide 24X7 call center support. Implemented organization as a revenue generating support services for our partners turning Customer Service into a profit center. Direct reports included a project manager, responsible for customer service partner integration and product development, and Customer Service Manager, who managed day-to-day operations and on-going training.

Identified customer service requirements for the original online enrollment and fulfillment system for VeriSign’s Digital Certificate Services. Primary Customer Service and Key Management Consultant for international implementation team.
