Recent Accomplishments: • Relaunched Ambulatory Management Intranet Site to enhance communication with the ambulatory workforce. • COVID-19 Response: hosted regular broadcasts and shared information across ambulatory through e-mail campaigns and Intranet sites to keep the workforce informed of the rapid evolution and changes for policy, best practice, and care. • Redesigned classroom-based training and harnessed eLearning and Zoom to create engaging remote learning for on-boarding practice administrators and ambulatory nurses. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Practice Improvement and Patient Experience and the Chief Medical Officer of the Mass General Physicians Organization, responsible for critical institutional projects and programs to ensure physician engagement and assist in physician work/life balance initiatives. • Concluded the 7th cohort of the MGPO Physician Leadership Development Program, a two-year program for MGPO physicians and clinicians. Graduates of this sought after course include six Chiefs of Service and several members of the MGPO Senior Leadership team. • Expanded the MGPO On-Line Peer Chart Review program to other institutions in the Mass General Brigham system.
