• In charge for some project which focus on tooling as well as molded plastic product during development stage.• Review molded part design or new tooling for assigned new toy development, specification required by PE, QE, and ME to ensure all are achievable & manufacturable during Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).• Communicate with product development and tool design team abroad (China, Hongkong & US) regarding to part design and tool design concept.• Review product from first engineer shot sample and give feedback to tool design team for any modification in achieving product specification requirement. • Design mock up with 3D Printing (Liquid resin & Filament) to catch up any possibility issue during manufacturing process. • Check tool shipment schedule in order to support new toy piloting schedule &work together with Injection team including Tool Shop during tool qualification released. • Conduct mold trial and submit molded part to ensure & verify Laboratory Test Result is good as well for tooling before production start. • Ensure those released tools are running well in production.• Design Jig & Fixture to maintain good output during process production. • Collaborate with Tool Shop for any modification & repair within production period. • Involve on improvement project related with tooling to achieve production efficiency, cost saving process & quality improvement.

• Visit to customer, introduce & sell the products.• Making quotation & follow up until customer open order.• Maintain good relationship with new & existing customer.

• Received New Model Information from Designer (Japan/Singapore).• Request quotation from supplier compared with target cost from Designer.• Arrange internal discussion to decide potential supplier based on criteria.• Arrange meeting with supplier regarding scheduling tooling fabrication, trial, submission sample, etc.• Do checking sample parts and send to designer for getting approval.• Support to follow up delivery for Pre-Production and initial Mass Production.

• Making repair report (documentation).• Making report all at once monitoring progress about “Improvement Actions” in Maintenance Division.

• Operate machine production (Injection Molding Machine).• Teaching & supervising new operators about operating the machine, checking product, and periodic simple machine maintenance.
