 Team handling: Managing the team of 12 people driving them to the closure of the project by guiding them technically. AA Installation and Support: Installing the Control room and client applications and maintaining the control room as a super admin. AA Technical issues: For many issues faced with the team which are coordinated with AA support team to solution. Agile Methodology: From the Initial screening to the deployment and support, involved in the entire Agile SDLC phase along with code review of team members.

 AA: Automated deal’s daily operations with a webpage application (GFP) smashing the user intervention and improved the other tasks’ accuracy. Communicating with internal/external clients to determine specific requirements and expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality. AA and VBA: Takes complete ownership of the software development with Agile model SDLC, from requirements definition through successful deployment.

 AA: Interacting webpage applications such as SFDC, Eclipse and Mainframe (SAP). VBA and SAP Scripting: SAP (Late Binding) and excel operations together saved a lot of manual effort and reduced the FTE. SAP’s contracts manual processes are automated and reduced the internal error trending from 4.8% to 0.99%.

 Excel VBA: Automations for reconciliation and interacting with the old GRPS mainframe application in banking domain. Software Testing: Acted as functionality checker for Eclipse having hands on experience in HP Enterprise Quality Center tool for managing test cases and defects.
