With over 10 years of experience in the telecom industry, I am a assistant manager at Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd, one of the largest cable and broadband service providers in India. My mission is to ensure the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our network and customer service operations, as well as the satisfaction and retention of our clients.I manage a team of network engineers, oversee the network infrastructure, and prepare and present reports on network performance to the management. I also handle the customer support team operations, including the backend and field teams, for technical support and order management. In addition, I am responsible for maintaining the hardware and software inventory, the stock supply chain management, and the documentation. I have developed and implemented various processes and procedures to improve the network performance, optimize the resource utilization, and enhance the customer experience.
