- Implement fully integrated suite of applications (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) and migrate existing information systems.- Business Process Re-engineering- Putting in place an effective Communication strategy which would bridge any gap in the understanding of change benefits and its implementation strategy.- Development and Research- Assist in the specification, selection and commissioning of hardware.- Provide suitable training for employees.- Upgrade, support and administer hardware, software, LAN and WAN.- Implement a secure WAN linking branches with Head Office.- Enhance Internet and email access and facilities to all staff.- Provide help desk and first line of support facilities including supporting implemented applications and coordination of maintenance operations.- Assist in planning for future IT needs and associated budgets.- Outsource non-core activities wherever feasible.- Supervising and assigning tasks to IT staff
