Established in 1989 Qattous Group, was Founded by Khalil Qattous, investing in the construction of multiple commercial buildings across the Kingdom, symbolizing its first steps towards becoming a proud Jordanian Real Estate developer. Introducing its first large-scale project in 2003, Maxim Mall, which at the time was considered the first shopping mall of its kind in the Kingdom.
Led by an ambitious vision and expansion plan of its founder Mr. Khalil Qattous, and the groups remarkable success prompted the opening of Avenue Mall in 2010. The Group Started Diversifying their portfolio to include a retail division with its flagship store La Familia in 2012 adding Ohana and Outfit in 2013. Today the group is continuing this expansion to include its entertainment division Qattous entertainment opening its lead fully-equipped children’s play area “Avenue Park” in 2017 with plans to include Qattous restaurants in 2018.
