Project : Valve Servicing & Maintenance; Having good knowledge in all types of Valves, such as Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Ball valve, V-Ball valve, Pressure safety valve, PVRV & all types of Manual valve. Maintenance overhauling all type of control valves and accessories like volume booster, trip valve, air lock relay, proximity switches, on-off valves etc. All type of PCV (pressure control valve, regulator, and pilot operated valve .) (Make: FISHER, ABB,IL, MIL, VALTEK, SEVERN GLOCON VALVES, TYCO, LINDE, GULDE, NELES JAMESBURY, HYTORK, KEY-STONE and CCI, FLOWSERVE) All type of solenoid valves (Make: ASCO, HERION), Job Profile:* Managing & distributing the work to the team.* Involved in over hauling of the valves to overcome the troubleshooting of the valves. * Involved in smart positioner calibration like Siemens and Fisher .* Job planning and work execution as per plant safety quality.* Inspection during disassembling and assembling of the valves. * Managing different operation on the valves like welding and Machining on plug ,seat and body if required.* Pnumetic and hydro testing of valve body and seat leak testing as Required.* Stage wise and final inspection of the valves. * Carrying out various testing jobs on the Valves, According to ANSI/FCI standards. * Preparing Checklist, Test Certificates & Reports towards the Completed Job.* Supporting to customer during plant start up and shut down.* Taking better Co-ordination with the Client..* Maintaining service records/reports* Trouble shooting and modification at site
