Achievements: Appointed as key personnel to study and manage the Perkins Centralized Warehouse Project for Parts in the GCC region to identify the stock requirement, cost and transportation methods at each GCC region. Successfully designed an excellent stock management layout in MS Excel and SOP’s to operate the Centralized warehouse which could cut cost by 10%, reduce excess stocking and investment at each dealer and improve lead time with optimum stock level at all times. Designed an MS Excel Price List generator where 118 conditions can be set with various margins for different parts and cost categories to avoid easy identifiable single margin and markup practices. Also created an MS Excel ERP Excel Sheet for Engine Sales to record and generate different types of Sales reports like Customer wise, Monthly wise, Yearly wise and Forecast Sales Report and also can generate different type of Stock Report automatically highlighting Free Stock, Reserved Stock, On Order Stock, On Route Stock etc.
