Responsibilities include managing the product portfolio through information sharing and training sessions for travel agents. Coordination of workshops, road shows and educational sessions for travel agents and tour operators is integral. Building robust relationships with travel trade media to enhance the public image of both clients and the company is a key focus. Market analysis involves examining the activities of other National Tourism Offices in India. Conducting awareness campaigns within the trade fraternity is crucial for boosting visitor arrivals to Dubai Holding Entertainment attractions. This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, budgeting and presenting progress and annual sales reports. The role incorporates strategic sales campaigns, familiarization tours and active participation in exhibitions, holiday shows, special events and festivals. Effective media promotion, including information dissemination and strategic media purchases, ensures the efficient promotion of tourism.

Maintain good business relationships with the current supporting travel partners and establish new contacts and promote various DMCs located in 30 countries under the One Above brand. Participate in the roadshows conducted by Tourism Boards and One Above’s promotional events partnered with various resorts from Maldives.Generate leads and follow up with the operations team for on time reverts thus maintaining a healthy turnaround time.Closely monitor the progress of inquiries and follow up with travel partners for confirmations.Coordinate between the operations team, accounts, KYC department, and local DMC and assist the travel partners with a smooth closure of files post confirmation and also monitor a seamless holiday experience for the travelers.Encourage travel companies to utilise One Above’s marketing flyers and assist them with customised flyers.

Establish business relationships with travel companies across South India to promote and create brand awareness of IRIS Represented Hotels, Resorts and DMCs. Participate in the roadshows across South India conducted by Tourism Boards and DMCs to promote the representations of IRIS Reps such as COCO COLLECTIONS (Maldives), MGM HOTELS(Macau), REGAL INTERNATIONAL HOTELS (Hong Kong and China), SWISS GARDEN HOTELS (Malaysia), BEACHCOMBER HOTELS (Mauritius) LN GARDEN HOTEL (Guangzhou), FURAMA VILLAS DANANG (Vietnam), THE CLARION CONGRESS HOTEL (Prague), RITSAKO GAME LODGE (South Africa) etc.Conduct presentations for travel companies and their staff at their offices and also carry on virtual presentations for a group of travel companies on Zoom to discuss the USPs and promotional offers and also assist them with the availability and booking process through Supporting DMCs, online Portals etc.Generate leads for IRIS Represented DMCs such as TOUR MANAGERS (Fiji), PACIFIC PEARL HOLIDAYS (New Zealand and Australia), VFC DMC (Philippines), IMT DMC (Greece), MILLENNIUM TOURISM (Azerbaijan), ONE ABOVE DMC (Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Europe and the USA)Establish and maintain good business relationships with new and existing DMCs present in India or Overseas and connect them with the concerned authorities for new contracts and renewal of contracted rates etc.Liaise with Airlines and work together in order to promote IRIS Represented Hotels, Resorts and DMC and conduct familiarization trips, promotional activities etc. Connect with agents across South India by Tele calling and sales visits to assess the demand for IRIS Representations and generate leads.Regularly send emails and circulate flyers through various means to promote current and upcoming offers of IRIS Representations.

Product & Sales - Vendor Management, International Product Development, Handling High Profile Clients and Family Groups. Operations – Heading a Team of 6 members to ensure a smooth post sale process such as confirmation of airline, hotel, ground services, visa processing, etc. Payment follow ups from clients, remittance to supplier and service providers, Assigning roles & responsibilities to Team members, Tracking the bookings and pending confirmations, Approving Losses to upgrade the services due to non availability of services, handling complaints, escalations, refunds, etc.

Vendor Management, Query Generation, Approaching Corporate Clients and assisting them for MICE movement, Designing and promoting attractive packages for Domestic and International destinations, Visa Assistance etc.
