 Responsible for Seed packing, packaging, dispatch and supply to customer directly or through various C&F and branch.  Scheduling packing and dispatch plan and execution. Order management and ensure stock availability. Working with logistics team and transport arrangement. Cost analysis and budgeting for packaging and transportation. Export coordination, packaging and shipment. Bar-coding of secondary and master packs and ensures dispatch through scanning. Invoicing, loading slip, packaging slip, and support documentation.  Vendor management. Internal stock auditing quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis. Manage inventory of manufactured / traded finished material to minimize inventory-holding expenses. stock and transfer order reconciliation, Working relations with global team to leverage the mutual strengths & achieve common organizational goals.

 Planning for timely supply of treated and enhanced seeds to market based on the demand.  Seed Lot blending process coordination with QA, Stock Screening and lot blending as per approval. Trial and testing of various treatment schema and machine.  Scheduled maintenance for the seed treatment equipment and seed driers. Maintain various log Books: Processing Slip, treatment log book, drier log book. Blending log book.  Log process in WMS and ERP Software, Process the Bill of Material (BOM) and seed transfer to packing section. Processing, drying and remnant report analysis.  Learning seed enhancement activities like osmotic priming, pelleting, disease treatment and encrustment of seeds.

 Responsible for handle Arrival of Seed and processing/packaging material. Loading and unloading of raw seed, processed seed. Coordinate with QA Team to ensure the QC sampling of each bag of each lot/batch. Generating of Seed receipt note(FRN/GRN), processing report, seed harvesting report, seed analysis report, Raising of various Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock report Storage of Seed based on various classifications: Crop, Variety, Qty, Value. Stack card and bin allocation. Cold Storage Management, temperature and RH Data logging. Indent for Seed Conditioning and cleaning. Process the Bill of Material(BOM) and seed transfer to Conditioning and treatment section. SLOC (Seed Location) update in WMS Software.
