Work with Oncology Business Unit (employee volume about 400) of BGI Genomics(Listed company SQ300676）and implement HR program and projects within the unit to align with HQ policy & procedure and advise business directors regarding HR policies and procedures; Partner with Directors and Managers to execute the people plan, ranging from talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs.

Independently work with two research institutes (employee volume about 150) of BGI-Research and implement HR program and projects within institutes to align with HQ policy & procedure and advise business directors regarding HR policies and procedures; Partner with Directors and Managers to execute the people plan, ranging from talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs.1. Functions as HR Strategic Generalist providing HR counsel to business management teams; responsible for support in execution of HR strategies and programs that support business and corporate goals2. Partners with talent acquisition and hiring managers in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding employees;3. Provide effective process to ensure manpower pool to meet business needs;4. Improve employee engagement and lead the development of action plans to motivate staff;5. Facilitate performance appraisals with directors to ensure continuous improvement;6. Monitor talent development progress to ensure their continuous performance improvement.7. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision making; links HR action plans with business needs8. Regularly participates in business discussions and decisions with directors;Lead the BGI-Research Global Recruitment Program.

1. Completing the corporate culture construction project and assisting the superior to formulate and implement the annual corporate culture plan;2. Responsible for continuous review and improvement of organizational culture construction system and institutional mechanisms;3. Responsible for organizing the planning and presentation of cross-departmental cultural activities, and the implementation of cultural activities;4. Responsible for the planning and execution of the anniversary event;5. Responsible for the design and implementation of the cultural wall project;6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Responsible for providing recruiting services to BGI overseas businesses, delivering high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through BGI’s selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. -Build and maintain strong relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.-Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies;-Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service;-Use labour market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies;-Conduct Research, Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiation and Closing of qualified candidates;-Manage the data associated with the recruitment process;-Participate in College recruitment, branding & marketing initiatives and all other related recruitment activities;
