Hr Generalist (Overseas & Campus Recruitment)

Responsible for providing recruiting services to BGI overseas businesses, delivering high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through BGI’s selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. -Build and maintain strong relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.-Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies;-Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service;-Use labour market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies;-Conduct Research, Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiation and Closing of qualified candidates;-Manage the data associated with the recruitment process;-Participate in College recruitment, branding & marketing initiatives and all other related recruitment activities;
