Key Account Manager1.Acts as primary point-of-contact for Client.2.Achieving sales targets allocated to you and ensuring profit margins as per the guidelines.3.Responsible for pre-sales activities like Company database building, Research work and cold calling etc.4.Giving presentation to the customers of the services provided by the company, discussion & negotiations, defining clear scope of work. Preparing proposals, strategic pricing, financing options, commercial terms5.Maintain & building relationships and close sales opportunities with new as well as existing customers (add on Sales).6.Ensuring timely collections from the customers and ensuring that there are no outstanding beyond the credit limits.7.Ensuring timely delivery of CV’s for the different positions. Taking care of all the sourcing activities like pre-screening, interviews and meeting candidates. Maintaining high standards of quality sourcing.8.Pre / post interview follow-ups
