Silverstreet, a subsidiary of Soprano Design, is a specialist of cloud communications with a focus on Short Messaging Service or SMS. My tasks at Silverstreet include working with the team to develop the company's various proprietary systems and have had the opportunity to work with technologies such as RabbitMq, MongoDb, Redis, Docker containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, EKS, AWS, etc.

My role at Spectruck Sdn Bhd as the Technical Operations Manager is to manage the company's digital and marketing operations. During my tenure with Spectruck, I have worked on various projects, including Mobile App Development, Blockchain and Health-Tech for vision care. My tasks also involve reviewing project plans, financial projections as well as deal with venture capitalists in order to secure funding for the project.Spectruck is an innovative small startup selling prescription eye wear from specially outfitted trucks. Spectruck received the Malaysia Book of Records Award for being the "First One-Stop Mobile Truck for Optical Goods & Services" in Malaysia.

As part of my role as the operations manager, I was tasked with overseeing the setup of the company’s central kitchen as well as all the outlets. Throughout my tenure, we have successfully opened 6 outlets of varying brands and types of cuisine, from healthy fares to local food and cafes. My responsibilities also included drawing out the budget allocation of the outlets, doing the initial planning as well as ensuring the renovations are done to specs provided. Oversee day-to-day IT related activities on the group level. Make informed decisions about infrastructure, including network, server and workstations as well as manage the group's security position and mitigate any potential threats through implementation of firewalls, IDSs, and end-point protection suites. Also tasked to deliver various web solutions for marketing campaigns, e-commerce, business communication and intelligence platform and last but not least, Marketing Automation, among others.

Lead a team of consultants to provide business consultancy services in the field of MIS and Management Restructuring, Fund Raising and due diligences.
