■ 2022.01~Present: Infectious Diseases (Rapid Diagnostics & POC G6PD Tests)■ 2020.12~2021.12: Chronic Care (Blood Glucose Meters & Lipid Meters)1) Product Launch & Strategy- Support product launch and execution. Work closely with relevant teams to assess launch timelines, develop marketing claims, create launch collaterals, training materials- Build, develop and execute downstream product-specific marketing strategy and tactical plans to drive marketing strategic objectives- Participate in and support sales meetings, conferences and external agencies such as WHO, Global Fund, PATH, FIND, Gates Foundation, Unitaid, and National Governments to drive customer adoption, gather information and develop deep knowledge of the customer experience and demands through informal and formal means such as spending time in the field with customers, sales personnel, and field professionals2) Promotion- Collaborate with relevant teams to guide messaging, branding, and external communications efforts- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns- Develop, manage, and implement sales promotional pieces to support business strategy by creating sales tools for effective customer communications (brochures, presentations, messaging, sales aids and other media)- Manage conference activities, create symposia presentations, and build relationships with KOLs to drive customer engagement- Manage external agency relationships to develop and execute marketing campaigns- Engage in setting up marketing clinical studies and building study protocols with researchers to make reference clinical performance data3) Market Research & Training- Conduct market research and understand competitive offerings to guide competitive strategy and provide sales force with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiate products versus the competition in a profitable manner- Find new markets and product for development through various collaborations and market research
