Conceptualised a ‘Bridge Maintenance Priority List’ to manage the maintenance of bridges as authorised by the World Bank and the Department of Roads. Established a group of people which included SME’s (bridge engineers, social analyst) to identify a multi-criteria scoring system including KPI’s to assist the DoR with their selection of which bridges would undergo maintenance first. Conducted different brainstorming sessions and implemented a new module where DoR staff were able to add scores to each bridge as per the multi-criteria.
