The first initiative I have been tasked with commissioning the ADI AROGYAM SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITALat Vikhroli.My mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centric, and process-driven healthcare services that meet the needs of the community and the standards of excellence. The hospital will start with 140 beds and expanding to 250 beds. The initial foray will be in tertiary care and then into quaternary healthcare With a background of having managed a quaternarycare 240 bedded hospital for 22 years, I propose to leverage my expertise and experience to advise various healthcare projects and strategic planning.
