With more than Twelve years’ of working experience including 3 years of incisive experience in Transaction (Infrastructure) Advisory Services on Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects at Infrastructure Development Authority (IDA), Government of Bihar managed by Feedback Infrastructure Services Private Limited and more than 6 years of incisive experience in delivering DPRs and Transaction Advisory Services for PPP Projects at the SLPMU, Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and at PMU, Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO), a Government of Odisha Undertaking managed by IL&FS Clusters respectively.Responsibility owned: Implementation and management of industrial infrastructure project under various schemes of Government of India along with industry coordination and investor mobilization aspects of the projects and also includes project advisory, management and support cluster initiative by Odisdha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).Currently in EY, responsible for implementation and management of urban infrastructure project under various scheme of Government of Odisha along with project advisory, management and support initiative for Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC)Key tasks taken up include – project conceptualization, structuring of project, feasibility studies including market study and demand assessment, detailed project report, planning & coordinating, developing contract documents My experience also extends to Policy Formulation (Land Management), Procurement Support, Project Management Support, Program Management Support, Preparation of Detail Project Report (DPR), Preparation of City Business Plan under Support Program for Urban Reform (SPUR) and Social Sector.
