CurrentLed the successful implementation of SORT, a waste management CSR initiative by Swarnalata Motherson’s Group, through strategic planning, goal setting, and seamless coordination of project activities to ensure timely and impactful execution. Built strong partnerships with urban communities, municipal bodies, and NGOs to foster widespread adoption of waste segregation and recycling practices. Supervised a dedicated team of three field executives, managing on-site monitoring, operational workflows, and evaluation processes to ensure optimal project performance. Designed and facilitated educational workshops targeting residents, domestic workers, housekeeping staff, and waste collectors, significantly improving waste segregation rates and advancing the effective deployment of aerobic composting techniques. Conducted comprehensive outreach programs to promote awareness of sustainable waste management and reduction practices, ensuring alignment with environmental regulations. Regularly tracked project progress, delivering insightful monthly and annual reports to stakeholders. Additionally, performed impact assessments to identify opportunities for refinement, driving continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes for the initiative.
