1. Responsible to execute CSR project of Swarn Lata Motherson Trust; the objective of project is to convert wet waste into organic manure at societies/ RWA level in Pune and Mumbai cities.2. Responsible for implementation of KIA funded CSR project in Mumbai area; the purpose is to drive action oriented solutions and make a sustainable ecosystem for plastic waste management through community awareness and participation approach in 100 societies/ RWAs of Mumbai.

1. Facilitating and supporting urban local bodies to implement PWM programme and setting up Material Recovery Facility (MRF). My major quantifiable achievements and responsibilities re following below: • Set up and established 4 MRFs in state of Goa• Facilitated implementing agencies to process approx. 7,000 MT plastic waste and sent them into recycling value chain • Facilitated implementing partners to organise more than 700 different kind of awareness activities with various stakeholders • Social inclusion of more than 300 waste workers under PWM project across 5 ULBs • Facilitated more than 380 waste workers and their family members to get vaccinated • Facilitated and sensitized waste workers to engage in various social activities on issues i.e. personal hygiene, nutrition, tobacco chewing, COVID protocols, domestic violence, legal aid, women health etc. • Pitched-in PWM model to PCMC and Pune Municipal Corporation to implement PWM project and submission of proposal • Facilitated in the preparation of Vasco City’s waste management strategy • Conducted performance evaluation of implementing partners in view to close project 3 cities 2. Facilitate technical, managerial support to implementation partner for execution of PWM project covering at MRF level are: • Facilitate waste supply chain management• City evaluation and ecosystem building• Technology deployment • Execution of partnerships• Setting up governance to monitor operations 3.Validation of collected plastic waste and their processing at MRF level. 4. • Anchored a project to form women waste picker co-operatives to empower them financially and help them increase their source of income • Anchored a CSR project to identify opportunities of door to door waste pickup; introduced potential waste pickers through concerned RWAs and housing societies to collect daily garbage pickup; incorporated informal waste pickers in a programme to ensure their livelihood at various colonies of Delhi- NCR area• Facilitated a survey to understand the socio – economic condition of junk dealers across Delhi.• Organised interactive sessions between waste pickers and the local police to achieve common benefits.• Organised and facilitated various workshops on issues of health, education, adult literacy, women empowerment, leadership evolvement and capacity building for the betterment of the waste picker community.• Interacted with the waste picker community on a daily basis at different places of Delhi-NCR

•Coordinated a programme on Public Participation and Awareness (PP&A) under Yamuna Action Pan II (YAP-II) at Noida. •Facilitated many interactive meetin based on sensitisation towards Solid Waste Management among slum dwellers under YAP-II. •Prepared press releases of various activities for media houses.•Facilitated workshops on the issue ‘How to Handle our Waste through Local Initiatives’ in different sectors of Noida. •Compiled quarterly and annual action plans and reports for YAP-II.•Coordinated a programme related to Non-Formal Education (NFE) of children living in slum clusters in Noida Sector 16. The NFE programme was funded by Concern India.•Coordinated the mainstreaming of over 40 children living in slums in different public and private schools under the NFE programme.
