 Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions; Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements; Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts; Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services Analyzing costs and sales; Preparing reports for head office; Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects; Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs; Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; Helping in the design of custom-made products; Liaising with Technical superintendent in Diesel Engine overhaul & Ship Repair services Providing Machine shop, fabrication, pipe repair , reciprocating pump Trained in sales and service of reciprocating pump.  Training in overhaul of diesel engines Supervised on board overhaul of Yanmar, Caterpillar,Wartsila, for major QP clients Hands on experience in overhaul of engine turbocharger Knowledge of overhaul of vales  Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team. .Conduct Regular QHSE Audit Assigned the duty of MR in Qatar Division Report Audit Result to Management

 Defining objectives, setting goals and developing strategies to meet the forecasted targets for the company  Identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping cold-calling Set business meetings and pitch for job orders Liaison with client on repair plan for marines vessels and ships Discuss and agree repair plan with Vessel owner representative Provide estimates and quotation for the scope of work. Negotiate and finalize orders Guide in Material Procurement activities (including Expediting, Vendor Database and Agreements) to conduct them in line with the established policies and procedures, timely and cost effectively. Plans and participates in formulating procurement policies and procedures and recommends amendments when opportunities to improve performance are identified. Supervise overhaul of main and auxiliary engine & pumps on board vessel Providing technical support to the client on troubleshooting and overhauling engines and pumps Completing Preventative Maintenance and Functional Management Inspections. Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated Working flow and economics during field works, including showing flexibility on job site by changes in scope of work. Co-Ordinate with Vessel Superintend on Engine Repair Report for Client.  Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Report Audit Result to Management  Controlling and planning of logistics and other provisions related to personnel, materials, construction equipment and spares. Plan and co ordinate complete steel work job on asap basis Work closely with procurement to ensure optimized supply chain
