Which includes, maintain overall unique part list, DFM and tooling discussion status/results updates, FPA status updates, risk part ranking & incoming inspection plan, Incoming inspection instruction creation status, Limit & golden samples status, quality management plan, new vendor /process qualification status etc.▪ Perform FPA (First Part Approval) for new & transferred parts, verify technician checking method, confirmation of measured dimensions, discussion for non-conformance with designer, issue deviation notes if necessary, update FPA status/results and share with relevant stakeholders.▪ Identify CTF dimensions, create Incoming Inspection Instructions, review and/or update Inspection Instruction and prepare special inspection instructions/quality alerts when needed.▪ Investigation of customer complaints for root causes, facilitate containment, corrective actions reply and verify the effectiveness of the CA after implementation through appropriate quality tools.
