• Coordinate to Recruitment• Induction Process• Awareness Training for workers• Capacity building program• Organize the Personal Data and File management of workers• Grievance Handling• Admin Related Works – Onboarding Creation (ID Cards & Visiting Cards) Stationaries Handling, Housekeeping In-charge, Resolving Building Maintenance Related Issues.• Arrangements of a Birthday celebration for Employees,• Create Mediclaim for Employees• Update Internal Databases• Training and Development• Create reports and presentations on HR Basis
