Sukari Pinnock-Fitts is a seasoned Organization Development consultant and PCC-level ICF-certified Coach, specializing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership and Executive Development, Organization Transitions and Team Building. Her Master's degree is from the American University in Organization Development. Her undergraduate degree, in Labor Studies, is from the National Labor College. She is a Coach Assessor for Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and as such, has been trained to assess at the minimum PCC level. She is presently working with a colleague on a book about coaching “with identity in mind” and offers coaching workshops on this topic.Believing strongly in an “action-oriented” approach, Pinnock-Fitts works with individuals and to maximize human potential, cultivate talent and enhance group and individual performance. Pinnock-Fitts understands that in bringing about small shifts – in awareness, thinking, behavior, intention and action – significant change can emerge to help propel her clients forward. For 65 years, NTL Institute has provided training and learning to tens of thousands of individuals and organizations around the world. NTL’s vision is people empowered to create just and compassionate organizations and societies in an interdependent world. The mission of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science is to advance Applied Behavioral Science (ABS) in the service of social justice, oppression-free societies, and healthy individuals, groups and organizations in the world. I am a seasoned Trainer of NTL's Human Interaction Lab (HI Lab) and the Co-Steward for its Core Labs Hub. In the latter capacity, I am responsible for managing the NTL Post-Lab Coaching Program. The Coaching Program is designed to support participants of NTL's human relations training labs as they continue to work on key feedback and communications skills once the week-long training is completed. As a current member of NTL, I work with other like-minded individuals to support NTL's vision to provide quality, high impact coaching to leaders at all levels of organization.

During my tenure as a member of the ACTO Board, I chaired both the Membership Committee and the Education Committee. In this capacity, I helped to develop the ACTO STAND for DEIB, and curated the 2024 online Forums for ACTO's Coach Community of Practice.

As the curriculum designer of and Program Director for this renowned certificate program, I am responsible for recruiting faculty, screening applicants for admission and maintaining the integrity and quality of this Executive Certificate Program. In addition, I teach the first two classes in the six-class program -- Theoretical Foundations of Diversity and Inclusion Management; and Cultural and Social Group Identities: Expanding Self-Awareness

AFGE is the largest federal sector labor organization in the United States -- representing over 600,000 federal and D.C. government employees. Agencies represented include, but are not limited to: BoP, CIS,DHS,DOL, DOD, DVA, EPA, HUD, SSA, TSA and the U. S. Department of Census. Responsible for all organizing programs and capacity building initiatives undertaken by the union, resulting in an 80,000-member increase during my tenure. Chief architect of the 9-year campaign to successfully win bargaining rights for some 44,000 TSA Transportation Security Officers. Responsible for a nationwide staff of 70 union organizers and a 9 million dollar organizing budget.
