Experience & skills-I commenced my career as an Admin Assistant at Associated Software and gained experience in designing, customer service, problem solving, communication skills and IT software solutions in an agile environment.As a Master’s in IT graduate, I am familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies, Xen Desk, Balsamic software, e-learning, e-case, HTML, installation and configuration, live chat tools, Ms Office as well as adobe Photoshop, Share point.During my studies, I was a lead on a project and developed skills and built confidence in how to be a strong leader, "leadership skills", became familiar with different business strategies, record management, incident resolve management and excelled at time management and team work.My previous work experience in administration support has provided me with skills of being responsible, a good listener and computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Achievements- In my previous work experience due to my good IT and hardworking skills, I got achievement of level 1 to level 3 in administration support.During my internships, I learnt about Project management, website development, configuration of POS system, networking, System Installation and decommissioning, Programming/Software development and Customer Service Support. I also developed a game named spin wheel lucky draw and also published a website name order for me and Iabraham.com.au.I am a trustworthy, active & caring person.
