CurrentEstablishing monitoring observability across critical applications that support the mission and business statements of NDIA.Advanced problem / trouble shooting skill sets to determine the validity of a possible incident.Work to resolve incidents rather than handing off directly to technical teams. Developing automated self-healing scripts which are triggered attempting to self-repair, ticket creation and complete the end to end notification process.Evaluating incidents and adjusting the monitoring / alerting solution,Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to cultivate respectful and collaborative working relationships within the team.Develop and continuously improve systems, policies, procedures and templates for the Operation TeamDeliver constructive, objective feedback in a manner that gains acceptance and achieves resolution.
