CurrentMonitoring and managing end to end warehouse and logistic operation for both OPEX and capex warehouses.Lead RFP processes, conduct analysis, and recommend solutions for warehousing and logistic.Manage the complete reverse logistic process for network equipment’sClosely Partner with cross functional team, including procurement, technology, sale, retail and marketing teamto always have the right products in the right place.Setup layout and make sure efficient space utilization and adhere to all warehouse, handling and shippinglegislation requirements.Monitoring KPIs/SLAs of 3PL agency and transporters & suggest improvement plans for KPI improvements.Managing complete import logistic operations viz., Air, Sea freight & inland transportation up to warehousing.Coordinating with Custom House Agents, C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring promptclearances and cost-effective transport solutions.Continuously improve the speed, reliability, sustainability, and cost of our warehousing and fulfillment network.Administering non-moving inventory; facilitating Scrap disposal as well as regular liquidity of surplus inventory& shrinkage control.Maintain standard of health and safety and security at all warehouse locations.Administering non-moving inventory; facilitating Scrap disposal as well as regular liquidity of surplus inventory& shrinkage control.Create visibility of inventory level to senior management and stakeholders to take quick decision ondeployment and new procurement
