Presently, it is supplying complete Lifts to its sister concern Victora Lifts Pvt Ltd. In addition, it is supplying Fuel Tanks to JCB India, Sheet metal parts for Carrier Aircon, Escorts Ltd, CNH Tractors, Sonalika Tractors, Claas India, Printer Cabs for Markem Imaje, RBS Cabs & Tower bkts for Ericsson India & MAFI Sweden & parts for Dover Corporation USA (Hillphoenix).Responsibilities:• Feasibility study, costing & negotiation with Customer for new projects.• Development of Tools, Fixtures, Gauges & new Parts.• Selection of Mfg Process, Machines & Accessories for New Project & setting up a new Product Line.• Regular Interaction with Customer to maintain healthy relations, for the growth of organization.• Assessing Vendors based on various criterions such quality, safety, timely delivery, credit terms and price for existing as well as new parts.• Providing strong leadership to the employees, ensuring high morale, team work spirit and good employee relations at all levels.• PPC, conducting daily production meeting for coordination among various departments for timely completion of production schedules.• To ensure optimal use of Manpower, Machine, Material & Power to optimize the manufacturing cost.• Establish, implement & maintain Quality, Health & Safety & Environment Management System.• Making preventive maintenance plan with the Maintenance Deptt and ensure the implementation of the same.• Employee skill upgradation by organizing OJT, training by professionals & other Employee welfare activities like health check-up camps, games and celebrating local festivals.• To make annual budget for sales/expenses and present monthly EBITDA to Top Management.• To update higher management on daily/weekly/monthly basis by effective MIS.
