Field Operations Manager
Current- Monitor service delivered by outsourced providers against contractual services and agreed SLAs and ensure they comply to set standards, guidelines and best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures and controls for effective and efficient operations
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan (BCP) relates to Network Operation Center are in place and updated from time to time, and is in accordance to DNB’s overall BCP plan
- Carry out inspections on activities in breakdown repairs/part replacements, especially high -risk components which can lead to service impact
- Collect and analyses information and data on network performance
- Coordinate all network failure /outages, including performance issues related to system and services
