• Managing the overall operation, maintenance & administration of HSBC buildings Cyberjaya, KLC & GLTM and its facilities within the office complex.• Planning & manage the buildings renovations and projects• Manage the third party contractors.• Conducting Fire Tour & First Aid Trainings for HSBC staffs.• Conducting the periodical fire drill exercises.• Responsible and to management the Building Fire System. HID Access Card System, CCTV Surveillance System and Security Guard Tour System.• Planning & manage the HSBC BCP site in terms of facilities.

M job as an Assistant Vice President - Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Management carries the following responsibilities• Manages the overall operation, maintenance & administration of HSBC buildings in Cyberjaya, KLC & GLTM and its facilities within the office complex approximately of 300,000 square feet.• Planning & manage the buildings renovations and projects.• Manages the third party contractors including the in-house and landlord’s facilities team.• Conducting Fire Tour & First Aid Trainings for HSBC staffs. (Sukhdev is a qualified First Aid Trainer.)• Conducting the periodical fire drill exercises.• Manages the daily operations of the cafeteria and the in-house medical clinics. • Responsible and to manage the Building’s Fire System, HID Access Card System, CCTV Surveillance System and Security Guard Tour System.• Manages the building Post Room.• Manages the Health and Safety of the buildings.• Planning & manage the HSBC BCP site in terms of facilities.
