• Reporting to Head, Branch Project Management;• Coordinate and supervise renovation works between various stakeholders such as contractors, vendors, relevant authorities and users until full completion of the project for all renovation work at branches, offices, centers and building, and ensure compliance with organizational established corporate identity (CI), policies, safety measures and quality standards;• Keep track of work schedule for each project to ensure meeting of target timeline;• Management reporting of work progress for each projects;• Handling all internal user requirement and complaints on site/offsite to ensure prompt action taken and problem solved;• Conduct meetings related to any renovation project among internal and external parties including contractors, vendors, local council related parties, etc;• Preparation of tender documents, tender briefing and any relevant approval documentation that required for each project;• Budget planning based on approved CAPEX and OPEX;• Payment verification and approval submission.

-Prepare and submit approval papers to Management on new relocation,upgrading, optimization of branches,Islamic and Sales Centre.- Prepare market analysis on locations, demographics and new potential growth areas for expansions.- Evaluate and project timeline for completions of initiatives (opening,relocation, optimization) and equipment,support delivered on time.- Manage and coordinate equipment and security support for all existing branches, sales centres to ensure business continues without interruption.- Implement and control budget and operating expenditure arising from various initiatives being carried out.- Track and drive effectiveness of branch premises repairs and maintenance with PMA.- Planning and implement branch branding, look and feel as to keep up with market development.- Review of branch performances and recommend action plans.- Implement ad-hoc projects initiated by management,

● Responsible to ensure that the systems are updated with all required information related to the bill transactions.● Practice due care in checking / releasing of all trade documents and to ensure that all transactions comply with bank’s trade policies, BNM’s guidelines and international rules. ● Responsible to ensure follow-up on all matters related to trade operations.● Liaise closely with RTB on all matters related to trade operations. ● Responsible to ensure that all start of the day and end of day procedures are carried out daily.

● Answering various types of calls.● Assist customer on various inquiry such as checking accounts, CC and IBK Inquiry● Raising report if case need to be escalated to various department.● Achieving monthly performance given by the management team● Raising sales lead during answering calls
