Teach me - I want to learn, work with me - I want to learn, and learn from me because I want to learn. 1. Here's a snapshot of what I do:- Work on international arbitrations (commercial and investment), construction disputes, commercial litigation and white-collar defence.- Work on disputes both in civil and common law jurisdictions (Paris, London, India and Geneva).- Teach foreign-qualified lawyers to qualify for the English Solicitor Qualifying Exams - SQE1 and SQE2. Teaching - Criminal Law/Practice and Dispute Resolution. (I am in love with the criminal Law once again). - Advising and learning from the intersection of construction and climate innovation start-ups!! (The work in this field is so futuristic - I am always in awe of the entrepreneurs). - Toddler in the field of AI Legal tech. I am hoping to grow with the AI Legal tech revolution. Maybe I have an AI Legal tech idea - let us explore. 2. Nerd for the following:- Tips on written and oral advocacy. It is never enough. Any tips anyone? 3. So that the Law is not cocky with me:- I am a professional mountaineer. I have qualifed from (NIMS, WHMI and HMI). Scaled Mt Bidhan Parbat (6,520 m = 21,390 ft) and Mt Frey (5,889 m = 19,321 ft). - I am a qualified yoga instructor from Sivananda. 4. Thirst for knowledge:I have a chequered journey from working in the tribal belts of Chhattisgarh/Jharkhand with (Dr Amartya Sen & Jean Drèze) to working in the trial courts of Delhi as a white-collar defence lawyer, to working with top dispute firms in the world in international arbitrations. My unsatiated thirst for constant knowledge keeps me going!!
