Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in leading/mentoring more than 30 projects in Six Sigma/LEAN and Transformation/Automation categories and delivered savings in excess of $9M. Of a total experience of 19 years in industries like Telecom and Utilities, US health care, ecommerce, IT Service Management and Internet service provider, 11 years are in process improvement and quality management.Within Six Sigma/LEAN space, I have delivered projects to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction and build new capabilities. In Transformation/Automation category, I have delivered solutions based on RPA, VBA, .Net and other technologies. With the responsibility of managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control, I have ensured readiness for all external audits like ISO 9001, 27001 and eSCM, and managed QA teams in multiple accounts. At its peak, I have managed Quality of three large accounts with combined headcount of 1500 associates.As part of Quality DNA building, I have conducted 20+ trainings in Six Sigma GB/YB category, LEAN and on basic QC tools, with the added responsibility of mentoring new project leads. Based on assigned work, I have performed the role of business analyst, project manager, auditor and consultant.
