Of a total experience of 19 years in industries like Telecom and Utilities, US health care, ecommerce, IT Service Management and Internet service provider, 11 years are in process improvement and quality management.Within Six Sigma/LEAN space, I have delivered projects to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction and build new capabilities. In Transformation/Automation category, I have delivered solutions based on RPA, VBA, .Net and other technologies.
