I am looking after outsourcing requirements of the Bank in terms of human capital and man power planning. Allied Bank Limited is one of the largest Bank in the country and has a sizeable outsourced staff through thirds party vendors. I am responsible for monitoring, interviewing and selection of the outsourced staff in liaison with the outsourced service provider. My responsibilities also include making the monthly payroll of all the third party staff while administering and constantly revising the compensation and benefits structure of the outsourced Human Resource strength in line with the market’s competitive trend. Conducting annual audits of the outsourced services providers to ensure compliance to the terms and conditions encompassing our service deliverance agreement.In addition to outsourcing I am also looking after contract renewals of all the contractual staff across the Bank as well as their absorption into regular cadres.
